Bottle 9 You will find it shortly after coming across and fighting the shielded enemies as well as crossing more platforms and vents. You will need to shoot Snout 7 in order for a vent to appear to get on a platform above and to the right of another hole in the wall leading to another hallway that progresses on with the game.
The Snout will be underneath of the last platform before jumping across to the hole in the wall. Bottle 10 You will find it shortly after meeting a new enemy called the Eyepot. You will come across a partially opened door on your right with a red light on the other side.
You will need to shrink down to pass-through then find the invisible platforms to get to the high platform with the bottle on it. Bottle 11 You will find it to the right of a pressure plate behind a weak wall that you need to use a bomb on to destroy. This will be on the right side of the room when you come across Hatter hanging on the wall at the end.
Bottle 12 You will find it on the left platform after defeating the eyepots on a large platform surrounded by lava. The right platform will have a Memory on it. Bottle 13 You will find it in the area where you have to turn a valve to freeze the lava on the ground below. Once you have turned the valve, jump down onto the frozen lava and look underneath the main platform of this room and shoot Snout 10 for it to appear on the ground at the middle. Bottle 14 You will find it on top of an outside crank platform to the right of where you face an Eyepot and some enemies after using some vents and moving platforms to get up here.
Bottle 15 You will find it inside of a tunnel to a secret area after you turn the valve to freeze the lava below. Head to the left of the valve down the hallway to find a weak wall and bomb it to destroy it.
