My face had never felt more clean and hydrated. I love the smell its very light and refreshing. Definitely will purchase more in the future. After trying samples of various products, I found this one to be non-irritating, non-greasy, and kept my face from drying out during the day as it sometimes did before. Furthermore, it didn't make my face really shiny or leave it feeling sticky as other products did. A few weeks ago I went to buy more and it was out of stock, and I was so worried it was discontinued!

I was also turned off by the reviews of the smell. I purchased a sample size which is about. I just went ahead and purchased a regular size of it. I received a sample size with an order from Nordstrom. To me it smells like a dead fish. I think it has a very similar smell to the Perricone product, the neuropeptide cream, that also has that bad fishy smell.
Don't know about that, but I bought a kit Ulta a yr. The regular HIAJ doesn't bother me at all. But, if you are fond of the smell of dirty socks, you will love the night cream. Fortunately, it does dissipate. And I do like how quickly it absorbs, and how soft my skin feels from it. I just have to wash my hands after applying it. Browse our new arrivals. Hope in a Jar Night smells heavenly comparing to the day version of Hope in a Jar, I can deal with the smell of the Night cream, but had to return the Day one, I just wanted to barf every time I was putting it on. So it's not you, this stuff does stink, but it also does wonders to your skin Like the French say - beauty requires sacrifice.
I didn't find the day cream to be THAT great, but the night cream might be worth it. I had the same issue with the regular Hope In a Jar It is absolutely horrid.
